Levante PROF, the International Agri-Food Fair, returns to Bari from March 9 to 12, 2025

From March 9 to 12, 2025, over 250 companies will gather at the Fiera del Levante in Bari for the 9th edition of Levante PROF, the international exhibition specialized in the sectors of food, bakery, pastry, pizzeria, fresh pasta, ice-cream, beer, wine, bar, catering, packaging, public establishments, and hospitality. The event represents a strategic reference point for Southern Italy.

Over 250 companies, both from Italy and abroad, have already confirmed their participation in Levante PROF. The international trade fair, specialized in bakery, pastry, pizzeria, fresh pasta, ice-cream, beer, wine, bar, catering, packaging, and hospitality, will take place from March 9 to 12, 2025, at the Fiera del Levante in Bari (Italy).

During the four-day event, the Apulian city will become the capital of the “Made in Italy” agri-food, bringing together key players from the industry. The exhibition will cover nearly the entirety of the 20,000 square meters of the newly renovated trade fair pavilion.

The Levante PROF participants will showcase the cutting-edge products, technology, equipment, furnishings and semi-finished goods, and raw materials, emerging trends, and services for ice-cream, pastry, artisanal baking and catering supplies. A schedule of side events, including live cooking shows, seminars, conferences and competitions, will feature the 9th edition of the Apulian trade. These activities are designed to train and update visitors on new products, services and market trends.

A rich program tailored for an international audience is currently in the works. Highlights will include competitions for pastry chefs, ice-cream makers, chefs and pizza makers, as well as cooking shows, masterclasses and training sessions led by innovators and industry experts in foodservice, beverage and hospitality.

«The 2025 edition – says Ezio Amendola, organizer of Levante PROF – is an unmissable opportunity for the agri-food sector, offering companies a unique platform to access new markets and strengthen international relationships. We are working hard to make this edition even richer and more exciting than the previous ones, with the aim of fostering growth and the internationalization of the Italian agri-food industry.»
