Swan Italia quality upholstered furniture

Swan Italia was founded in 1963 and it is specialized in the production of upholstered furniture.

Its company philosophy is based on a perfect combination of efficient quality standards, meticulous attention to detail and technical production knowledge.

Swan is synonymous with quality upholstered furniture and, thanks to the entirely Italian production, the creation of its own exclusive design projects, the use of traditional typical Italian processes, the use of semi – finished products produced exclusively in Italy, the use of first quality raw materials and components and the creation of products that comply with the safety standards in use, fully meets the requirements to have the official “100% Made in Italy” certification since 2011.

During  the  over  fifty-five  years  of  activity,  Swan  has established itself on the national and international market where it is now present in about 60 countries.

Swan pays special attention to the development of the market and contemporary design trends and has been working with famous architects and designers for many years.

Since 2012 the company has been collaborating with the architect Francesco Lucchese who designs the LeNuvole sofa, one of the company’s best sellers created around the concepr of falling into the warm embrace of pure soft surfaces.

Le Nuvole is a monobloc sofa that stands out for its extreme elegance,  generous  dimensions  and  soft  touch  volume design that immediately suggests the softness of feather filling. The metaphor with clouds helps to emphasize the idea of extreme lightness obtained while working with a full and wide shape with a balanced mix of different softnesses.

The concept  is  based  on  extreme  personalization  and modularity thanks to 22 elements that can be combined in different custom compositions to create islands of relax and comfort; the introduction of pouf elements between the seats creates an interesting visual pattern of solids and voids to obtain both open and closed arrangements.

A lounge space enriched by LeNuvole is absolutely taylor made and this makes LeNuvole suitable for installation in any type of contemporary environment, both public and private.

The armrests in particular can be chosen in three different versions so that it is possible to style LeNuvole with three different moods.

The higher version is more minimal and linear for a refined geometrical effct and the lower one is more traditional and transversal; the third possibility is to position a pouf alongside the frame for a look that is definitely more casual and informal.

Le Nuvole can count on a wide range of fabrics that allow maximum decorative expressiveness. Like all the other collections, Le Nuvole stands out for its top quality padding, details worked with sartorial precision, craftsmanship and technical production know-how that make Swan one of the benchmarks on the international market.
