Tentazioni Around the World
“Taralli-fying” the flavours of other cultures: first through bold thinking, then through creative interpretation. Taralli become a platform for design and taste, adaptable to the traditions of different markets and countries. The tarallo is a ring capable of bringing everyone together.
This is the idea behind the German debut of our pretzel-flavoured tarallo, with many more interpretations soon to follow. We dared to experiment, and the market responded with appreciation.
Healthy Snacks
Tasty, wholesome and authentic products that combine the pleasure of flavour with everyday well-being. Thanks to a carefully balanced combination of carbohydrates, fibre and “good” fats, the range provides the right energy intake for anyone looking for a nutritious break.
The line includes:
• Turmeric and Chia Taralli, rich in antioxidants and fibre;
• Karshof Taralli, with a rich, full-bodied flavour;
• Altograno Taralli, made with premium high-protein flours and naturally energy-rich ingredients.
Puglia Reloaded
Everything changes: technology first and foremost, but also tastes and trends. Tentazioni Pugliesi has reinterpreted Puglia through extensive research, passion and love.
The result is a collection conceived as a sensory journey:
– Black Olive Taralli, inspired by the aromas of the Mediterranean scrub;
– Sun-Dried Tomato and Caper Taralli, with a bold, sun-filled flavour;
– Onion and Raisin Taralli, a daring and unexpected encounter between sweet and savoury, creating a small gastronomic masterpiece.
The Aperitivo World
Creativity means connecting the dots. Crisps are our close cousins. For our taralli, we chose to think outside the box. The products are coated through the application of oil, followed by the even distribution of powdered seasoning across the surface.
We decided to experiment with modern flavours designed to appeal to younger consumers:
– Pink Peppercorn and Lime Taralli, exotic and vibrant;
– Bacon Taralli, combining the delicate sweetness of flour with the intense smoky aroma of bacon;
– Cheese Taralli, rich and enveloping;
– Paprika Taralli, with a pleasantly peppery finish;
– Barbecue Taralli, with sweet and smoky notes.
There will be plenty to taste and enjoy. This is only the beginning of an exciting journey: a well-established strategy combining R&D, production and sales, designed to continue evolving over time.
