In contemporary hospitality, the table is no longer a neutral stage. It is part of the restaurant’s identity: a surface that enhances plating, communicates atmosphere and turns service into visual experience.
With Innovative Color Line, MPS Porcellane brings colour beyond decoration. The collection comes from research into the expressive potential of porcelain: reactive shades, glossy finishes and sand-effect textures interact with light, revealing new depths and giving each piece tactile presence.
The palette has been created for professional cuisine: Mustard, Red, Reactive Blue, Reactive Cream and Reactive Sand. Each colour supports the dish without overpowering it: mustard adds warmth, red gives intensity, reactive blue brings depth, while cream and sand offer natural, minimalist elegance.

The range includes coloured Gastronorm porcelain oven dishes in formats such as 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/6, 2/3 and 2/4, together with porcelain casseroles, versions with handles and lids, and oval salad bowls. From buffet to table service, the line helps chefs create coherent presentations.
For 2026, MPS also introduces a new evolution of its iconic cast-iron effect: a cast-iron finish interior combined with red, green or orange exteriors, creating a bold contrast between material strength and porcelain refinement.
Behind the colour, the soul of MPS remains unchanged. Since 1987, the company has worked with feldspathic porcelain made from feldspar, quartz and kaolin from Limoges. The result is tableware with high hardness, mechanical resistance, very low water absorption and a lead- and cadmium-free glaze certified for food contact.
Suitable for oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher, resistant to thermal shock and designed for professional use, MPS porcelain unites beauty and performance.
With Innovative Color Line, colour becomes a new tool for chefs: to express and make every dish memorable.
