Cantina Santadi is located in the Passo Sulce-Igleziente region, in southwestern Sardinia. It is only a few kilometers away, as if by air, from the picturesque beaches and white sand dunes of Porto Pino.
Founded in 1960, after overcoming the difficulties of the first few years, and with the arrival of a new management team characterized by determination and passion, the company is adopting new strategies that give it a renewed appearance and clearer direction for its members.
This ambitious approach aims to focus on bottled wines, particularly traditional red wines, to highlight and give identity to the region’s main grape variety, Carignano, while also embracing traditional Sardinian white varieties such as Vermentino, Noragus, and Nasco.

In the winemaking sector, attention is focused on developing the sector, with the appointment of world-renowned wine expert Giacomo Tacchis, whose arrival marks a significant turning point in Cantina Santadi’s history.
From the Vigna Latina vineyards, Carignano-based wines are produced, characterized by a rich composition, noble tannic structure, and an ideal balance between organic acidity, alcohol content, and polyphenolic content.
The careful use of small French oak barrels (barrique) contributes to the development cycle of these distinguished wines, intended for aging, such as Terre Bruni, Rocca Rubbia, Norras, and Araya.
The red wine collection is completed by Grotta Rossa and Antiga, along with Tre Torri rosé, the Metodo Classico sparkling wine Solaise, elegant white wines such as Villa di Chiesa, Cala Cilenti, Pedraja, and Villa Solaise, and the dessert wines Latina and Festa Noria.

The constant and tireless commitment of our producers, coupled with an innovative spirit and respect for regional traditions, reflects our constant endeavor to honor wine and preserve a true legacy of history, culture, style, and taste—elements that constitute the true essence of our agricultural reality.
