Lutezia And Lutezia Plus Design Jean-Michel Wilmotte

Epitome of French art-de-vivre, a cult destination on the Parisian and international cultural scene: after over a century of history, the Hotel Lutetia, opened in 1910 on Paris’ Left Bank, has been completely renovated by the architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, with the aim of enhancing every trace of the original building without altering its charm and historical value. Thanks to this work, LUTEZIA tap was born, designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, developed and made by CEA dedicated to Lutetia 5 stars Luxury Hotel .
In this new collection, classical shapes meet the technological innovation of the CEA working process and material. A creation of classical inspiration, as elegant as it is powerful and of great technological value: LUTEZIA is the tap of tomorrow which adorns the legacy of yesterday. A contemporary interpretation of the traditional hydraulic valve, typical of the early twentieth century, pays homage to the city of Paris which bore this name in Ancient Gaul. To complement the LUTEZIA collection, the PLUS version is born, equipped with a single-lever mixer. The sophisticated elegance of the lever blends with the body of the mixer forming a unique element of great technological expression. The precise workmanship of the handle is perfectly inscribed in the tapered body with a diameter of 30 mm. A collection that continues to combine traditional thinking with the strength of the material and construction technique.
The collection, precisely made from stainless steel AISI 316L and available in all the special CEA finishes, combines refinement and exceptional ease of use. Lutezia is 100% Made in Italy.

BLACK DIAMOND, COPPER, BRONZE and LIGHT GOLD – CEA’S SPECIAL FINISHES
CEA affirms once again its vocation towards innovation with a new concept destined to revolutionize the dressing of steel in the fields of design and faucets. Thanks to its ability to anticipate the design trends, in 2011 CEA launched a new way to customize the products with new and exclusive surface finishes: BLACK DIAMOND, COPPER, BRONZE and LIGHT GOLD. It is not a galvanic treatments but a totally environmentally friendly coverings that emphasize the natural qualities of the material, highlighting the satin or polished finish of the stainless steel.
These new special finishes enrich CEA products with extraordinary properties such as hardness, resistance to scratches, acid and saline solutions, self-lubrication towards lime deposits and glossy shine. The warm, intense tones of copper, the strength of bronze and the retro taste of light gold meet the purity of steel, the design, the durability in time, the technology and the sustainability of the CEA collections.
GIOTTO PLUS Inspired by pure and archetypal circular forms, the GIOTTO collection is designed in stainless steel AISI 316L, available in satin and polished finish. Created to ensure the maximum freedom of composition, GIOTTO expresses aesthetic coherence and functionality. The collection includes a wide range of mixers and accessories repeating circular shapes, which emphasize their perfection.
Expansion in range of the GIOTTO collection created to give new configurations to taps and their fittings through the single-lever mixer. GIOTTO PLUS, while maintaining the purist and contemporary lines of the previous collection, presents itself with a deliberately generous handle which houses the mixer cartridge. The recessed body uses the PWF (Plumbing Water Fitting) principle, a rapid fitting coupling to the hydraulic system, thanks to which it is possible to simplify the installation and keep the mixing cartridge in the external body.
