SANA Food is BolognaFiere’s new format dedicated to healthy eating out of home

From 23 to 25 February it will contribute to shaping the future of healthy and sustainable food, in line with an increasingly aware consumer, who is more and more oriented towards foods and drinks that are good for both the body and the environment.

More than 12,000 professionals from the distribution channels of Horeca, retail, delicatessen, speciality shops and cash&carry will find at SANA Food the best Italian and international producers of controlled supply chain and quality food, organic and biodynamic, vegan, vegetarian, plant-based, free-from and rich-in, for people with allergies, intolerances and sportspeople. All these producers are united by sustainable and innovative production methods and small to medium quantities.

The business community that SANA Food addresses will have the opportunity to further enrich its offering thanks to the concomitance with the Slow Wine Fair, which will introduce specialised visitors to more than 1,000 wineries and 5,000 labels of good, clean and fair wine.

Built around companies, SANA Food provides a great opportunity to showcase – for example, the novelty products, or breakfast and aperitif products at the Cooking Lab – and it will certainly offer networking opportunities through b2b meetings with buyers from more than 40 countries.

In addition to the training offered by the Lab Academy SANA Food, with expert sessions on topics such as new lifestyles, plant-based and free-from products, SANA Food is also an authoritative source of information: from the results of the new 100 Healthy Days Survey by Toluna on the motivations and healthy eating habits of the Italian and international population, to the latest data on organic products from the SANA Observatory, published by Nomisma, which will be illustrated at Rivoluzione Bio.
