THAIFEX – HOREC ASIA 2026 Invites Visitors to Experience a World of Flavour at “SCOOP 500,” a Special Showcase Featuring More Than 500 Ice Cream Flavours from Popular Brands in One Place

The Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), in collaboration with the Thai Chamber of Commerce (TCC) and Koelnmesse, organisers of THAIFEX – HOREC ASIA 2026, adds a vibrant and flavourful highlight to this year’s event with “SCOOP 500,” a special activity designed to delight visitors with an extraordinary tasting experience featuring more than 500 ice cream flavours under one roof.

Organisers revealed that SCOOP 500 will take place within the Bakery & Ice-Cream zone, offering visitors the chance to discover and sample a wide variety of ice cream creations from over 20 leading brands and renowned shops, all gathered in one dedicated space. From handcrafted homemade ice cream and bold, inventive flavours to bestselling menu items with real commercial potential, the showcase is designed to inspire entrepreneurs, buyers, and anyone seeking fresh ideas for the HoReCa business.

In addition, the Bakery & Ice-Cream zone will present a comprehensive range of products and solutions covering the full ice cream business ecosystem, from production processes and ingredients to storage systems and serving solutions. This will allow entrepreneurs and interested visitors to gain deeper insight into the operational behind-the-scenes of running a successful ice cream business.
