Host Arabia 2025: Connecting global hospitality equipment suppliers with the Gulf market

Saudi Arabia’s hospitality industry is entering a new growth phase, evolving from seasonal peaks to a year-round business ecosystem powered by Vision 2030 investments, mega-projects, and expanding domestic tourism. The Kingdom aims to reach 150 million visitors by 2030, having already surpassed its initial target of 100 million ahead of schedule. In 2024, total tourism spending rose to SAR 284 billion, with nearly 116 million domestic and international trips, reflecting a robust, diversified demand base.

From 15 to 17 December 2025, Host Arabia will take place at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center (RFECC), offering a dedicated international platform for equipment and machinery for Foodservice; Bar, Coffee & Vending; Bakery & Pizza; Pastry & Gelato; Furniture and Tableware.

The event is co-organized by Fiera Milano, one of Europe’s leading exhibition organizers, and Semark, its local partner and organizer of Saudi HORECA, the Kingdom’s biggest F&B and hospitality exhibition, now celebrating its 14th edition. The two events will run concurrently from 15 to 17 December, while Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie Riyadh will join the platform on 15 December. This co-location is set to surpass the record results of Saudi HORECA 2024, which welcomed over 55,000 professional visitors and 420 exhibitors from 41 countries.

While Host Arabia focuses on professional equipment, technology, and design, Saudi HORECA brings together food, beverage, and ingredients, two complementary events that together cover the entire hospitality value chain.

For hospitality operators, distributors, and suppliers alike, Host Arabia provides a high-impact environment to explore partnerships, source innovation, and connect with decision-makers shaping the future of the Gulf’s hospitality industry. Among the exhibitors will be several Italian companies, alongside a dedicated Made in Italy area supported by the Italian Trade Agency, highlighting the fair’s role as a bridge between international excellence and local opportunity.

In a market where hotels, resorts, and tourism projects are redefining hospitality at scale, Host Arabia represents a strategic meeting point for global and regional players to turn vision into business.
